We pay via paypal, so you will need to supply us with your paypal email when you sign up.
We pay at the end of every month, when the total amount of referral fees is over $100.00 (USD). If the Referral Fees payable to you for any calendar month are less than $100.00 (USD), we will hold those Referral Fees until the total amount due reaches the $100.00 (USD) limit.
